The check-in was very uncomplicated and everything was explained to us in detail. The hostess was very nice and accommodating. The room is very large and clean. Also at check-out we were helped with the suitcases and our garbage (we had a lot of garbage because it was our last day in New Zealand) was taken over and disposed of by the host. In general, I can only recommend this BnB.

A beautiful house in a wonderful location. The suburb is quiet, safe, and an easy drive into Auckland CBD. Helen is a lovely host and went out of her way to make our stay a pleasant one. I would highly recommend this house to any traveling family.

Everything was perfect. The owner is such a lovely and kind woman. She went out of her way to help me with everything I needed to sort out when I first arrived to NZ. Originally I was supposed to stay only for 2 nights, but ended up staying for a week. The room was clean and beds super comfy. I loved the decoration, it is so cute and welcoming. I felt absolutely like home at this place <3

My first visit to New Zealand. Arriving in Aukland at 8pm on Friday night I picked up my hire car and followed the detailed instructions given by Tracey to find Kitchen Garden Studio. I was extremely happy with the layout and services that Kitchen Garden Studio provided. The bedroom/lounge was roomy and the bed really comfortable. Shower room/toilet was roomy and well supplied. The small kitchen area was perfect for my needs and was provided with the basic elements for a hearty continental style breakfast and tea coffee etc. The cleanliness of the property could not be faulted. Parking was right outside the door to the property. The added value of use of the owners pool was more than welcome and I took advantage of that. Tracey and Mike went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and gave me great advice on places to visit during my short stay. Great value for money and really friendly hosts.

It was absolutely perfect! The property felt even bigger than what it looks like in the photos! Easy access and good instructions from the host on the day of check-in! Clean, tidy, had everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom and the room itself! Perfect for a quick trip to West Auckland alone or with a friend or partner! Loved it!
