Provided everything we needed during our stay more than I expected and more then I've experienced at other hotels in the past. Miria & Toroi are such nice people & made us feel like we were just staying with whanau. Very beautiful home, atmosphere & people. Loved meeting you both & I hope we see yous next time we are in the area. Also, our 2 toddlers were comfortable especially son running a muck haha makes us happy seeing our babies be themselves outside of home.

We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas Day here. The views we spectacular and close proximity to the Beach. We were given the biggest room but it was really beutiful.

Visiting from Australia (almost 30yrs) being able to enjoy nature without the worry of snakes and poisonous spiders. The great view of the ranges and enjoying country style living of NZ. Also a great to be in close proximity of Whakatāne and my hometime Kawerau.

It was very peaceful, the bed was very comfortable, very warm cabin, great owners of the cabin, I would definitely book it out again for a weekend.
