Amazing property that looks just like the photos! Great AC, spacious apartment with large bathroom (two sinks), fully equipped kitchen and beachfront view from the balcony! Comfortable bed and great location. Super responsive host with great suggestions for what to do in the area :)

My stay at this property was really good. From very beginning, long before my arrival and till my departure communication with Maria the owner of the home was incredible. She was trying as best as possible to made my stay memorable and positive and she made it. Assisted me with transportation, food, water and recomendations what to see in surroundings and Bohol. Her family also helped with meals and laundry that can be done on the premises. I was also lucky to join whole family and relatives during annual fiesta time and try local specialities with main dish Lechon (pork BBQ). When it comes to accomodation itself, there is no complaints. Room standard is above everything you can see in Bohol. Bathroom and shower are spacious, there is sink as well as small fridge and kettle which make life easier. There is also spacious balcony with some sea view. Balcony is good for workouts and chilling at night with some breeze. Highly recommend that place for short and long stay. Internet at home is very fast. Private scooter parking for free

We had such a great stay in the Nips huts. The location is perfect just by the river, and the huts are simple but clean with comfortable mattresses. The staff was super friendly and the food was good.

    Eliza and Diding were both great hosts, they made us feel comfortable from arrival to departure. Eliza was also our tour guide for the couple of days we were there and made sure we had a good experience of Bohol. Rooms were spacious and beds comfy so a good night's sleep. The pool was great and the main attractions of chocolate hills, tarsiers and waterfalls are not too far away. Overall a good experience and great girls to be guests of.

    The location is one of a kind with an exceptional ocean view from the infinity pool. The room is large and cosy with and comes with a big outdoor bathroom. We loved the breakfast and appreciated all the tips on hidden gems from the owner. The attention we received from the staff was exceptional too! We definitely recommend for people who look for a quiet chill place away from the crowds.
