The hotel was very clean the staff were very helpful and the service was excellent. Breakfast was very good everything was extremely well presented. We had water in our rooms the shower was very good heating was excellent we would have preferred some better toileteries like shower gel etc. but that was not a big problem at all. The towels were very clean but old and tired looking. The food served to us for dinner was excellent very good quality and it was provided very willingly at short notice. The breakfast selection was excellent scrambled eggs and pancakes freshly made and served to our table which included a traditional Polish breakfast buffet which was very good.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall fantastic experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff was very nice. We could store our bikes in a safe place. The location is fantastic. The rooms are lovely, great shower and comfy bed. Good breakfast. Coffee and tea were available at all times.

When we've got to our room, we were already late for the check-in due to our flight being late, and we had travelled all the way from Poznan Airport. Still, we had a member of staff waiting for us to show us the room and how to get out and in when the entrance through the restaurant was closed. Staff were friendly and helpful, location was perfect, within walking distance to the shops, right in the town/city centre. Definitely will recommend the place to stay in Inowrocław.
