+ An old factory building - “Stara Przędzalnia - linen factory in Żyrardów launched in 1829”. It is well renovated. Red bricks (with the name of this factory) enrich not only building facade but an industrial interior as well. + Spacious apartments - We booked two apartments (Appartments 2-4 Adults), one apartment had a view of the church, the other - a view of the inner courtyard. There were two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed. Sofa can also be unfolded to have additional sleeping space - there is an additional cost of 40PLN for one more person in a room (you can pay additionally at the reception) - it was perfect for our family of 5 person. + The view from the window - The view of the church was spectacular especially in the dark. What is more, sound of church’s bells was magical. + Suntago - Only 13min by car. Taxi cost 60PLN. There is a bus to Suntago as well, the bus station 15min on foot, bus cost 9PLN. + Reception - the boy in blonde hair (sorry for not remember the name) was very polite, communicative, always smiling - best greeting for him from our family. + Parking is free - the public parking near the building is free.

Very smooth check-in, nice and clean room, huge balcony with garden view, cozy shared living room area. Seemed like we were the only guests staying that night so it was extra nice to have our own peace. We appreciated the table fan in the room because the weather was super hot.

Stay at Perla Lesna The hotel was good. I checked in late as I wasnt able to find a taxi from Modlin to the location. The staff were friendly. Helped me book a taxi for my return. I was able to borrow an iron to prepare for the event. Breakfast was filling and considerable options available. The location is beautiful, good for a getaway. unfortunately I was on a business trip. Getting food delivery for the location was limiting as there are no food places near by. Managed to order a takeaway. The do have a restaurant if you prefer polish food.

Situated in Żelazowa Wola, in a historic building, 48 km from Warsaw Uprising Museum, Dwór Strzyżew is a bed and breakfast with a garden and bar.

A very kind couple and team who run this guesthouse and if you speak some German (if not Polish!) communication will be easier. I didn’t have a car and arrived by taxi from the railway station and walked to Chopin’s birthplace and relaxed for two days. They very kindly gave me dinner there. My room was very comfortable and I slept very well. A lovely place to rest a while or use as a base. Thank you!
