We stayed only one night at Rey Guest House with Alexandra and we highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment in Tomar to rent this one. It's big, clean, well decorated, has A/C, well furnished (stove, oven, washing machine), has a nice view and is a 10 minutes walk to downtown Tomar. Our only regret is not staying longer! Fantastic location in the historic part of town- apartment is nestled inside a historic house with a beautiful inner courtyard. Gorgeous and artfully decorated. Extremely comfortable with good heating and aircon. Much bigger than expected. Bed very comfortable.Good cooking facilities. Great location for a rural countryside holiday, and a also a comfortable accommodation for the winter. The hosts set up a fun and relaxed exterior space, that makes the best out of the beautiful landscape. And best of all, they made us feel at home with their constant kindness and generosity.
