The perfect place to stay to visit Khao yai national park. The tour was great, we saw gibbons, elephants and porcupines. Respectful of the wildlife unlike other cars that got way too close to the elephants. Lovely owner who picked us up when we arrived and waited for us to have dinner at the night market. He helped us to get the right bus the day we left too. Super fast internet.

Lovely and comfortable place to stay. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and well taken care of, and place is very homey.

Beautiful location, nice rooms and swimming pool. But the host was the best, he was really nice and helpfull. He helped us out with driving and booking a tour in the Khao Yai National Park. Would really recommend.

This place is more like a farm with a hotel. Our company booked 2 houses and 2 campsites. You can either bring your own tent or use the one they provide (included in the price). But keep in mind, it can get hot inside since the tent only had one small window. The territory is huge — there are horses, wide meadows, electricity, showers, and clean toilets. Breakfast was also good, and they even provide free bicycles if you want to explore around.

Ms Dao and her husband Mr. Wut took excellent care of our stay and made us feel staying at home. They were extremely responsive to our requests and served excellently on our needs. First they organized our pick-up from Bangkok airport and transport to the guest house. Flawless service provided by our driver Mr. Kung. After arriving at the guesthouse we were upgraded from a room to a small appartment with all facilities. All new, beautifully decorated and in excellent conditions (Wifi & AC working perfectly). Each day started with a large most delicious breakfast prepared with a lot of attention to our preferences. Mr. Wut accompagnied us on our first trip to the Khao Yai National Park which helped with orientation. We went to the NP for two days and thereafter we decided to spend one day close to the guest house as nature there was also providing lots of opportunities to encounter what we were looking for: Birds. There are alot of species around even in the garden of the guest house. We got a lot of great bird shots. Observing our activities, Mr. Wut started to become interested in birds and developped excellent spotter skills. We spend an excellent day and had good fun searching for birds!

Vegan Friendly LGBTQ Friendly Definitely coming back. We love how peaceful and humble the place was. The farm area has variety of activities to look at. The farm animals looked very well cared for. The room and the residence zone were clean and comfortable. The food and veggies tasted fresh and the cooking was simple but superb. Their staff were very attentive and friendly too. My partner is vegan and they made sure she’d got everything she needed for a balanced meal.

We stayed at Casa Ricca Poolvilla Khaoyai as a family of three and booked one room through Booking.com at just $82 SGD per night—such great value for a lovely escape! The villa is surrounded by serene mountain views and has a peaceful, private atmosphere. Although there were other guests, everyone was friendly—we even greeted each other like a small community. The saltwater swimming pool was a highlight! We swam during the day and even relaxed beside it in the evening, soaking in the calm ambiance. We also ordered their BBQ set dinner, which was incredibly affordable (less than $20!) and really tasty. The staff kindly helped light the BBQ pit for us, and we enjoyed a fun DIY BBQ party under the stars. At night, the sky was filled with stars, and we chilled out with some beers we picked up from a convenience store before arriving—it was the kind of relaxing vibe you just can’t find in the busy city. The room was spacious and very comfortable. There were two queen-size beds of great quality—it honestly felt like sleeping in a 5-star hotel! The bath towels were large, soft, and smelled amazing. The bathroom was simple but clean and came with hot water and a hair dryer, so no need to bring your own. In the morning, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary breakfast. We chose the Teochew porridge, and it was delicious with generous portions—perfect for our family. After breakfast, we wandered around the villa and took plenty of photos around the garden and property. The location is also very convenient—close to Hokkaido Flower Park, cafés, a sheep farm, a temple, and Makro where you can shop for Thai snacks. Car rental is also available if you want to explore more of Khaoyai. I’m truly glad I chose to stay at Casa Ricca—it gave us a memorable family getaway with comfort, fun, and relaxation. Highly recommended for those looking to enjoy nature and unwind in a cozy, friendly place!
