Great Hotel with very friendly service. The Hotel is central in Nanzhuang, so everything is within walking distance to the hotel. The room is very spacious and clean. The lobby has got a coffee machine, snacks and a microwave and a seating area. I was allowed to park my rental car in front of the hotel entrance, so thank you. :)

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location in the countryside. The man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful in showing us where everything was. The place has an excellent vegetarian restaurant with a delicious buffet and hotpot. There is also a lovely cafe with good coffee and waffles. We did a couple of the indigo dye workshops and really enjoyed ourselves. One of the teachers spoke very good English which was helpful. The walk to our room took about 10 minutes uphill through a beautiful garden full of flowers which made me think of an English summer, in spite of the cold wet weather. We also met the owner in the garden that she created herself. She offers DIY workshops to make plant decorations as well. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and this place is magical. Loved every minute.

Stayed 2N. From check in to check, Everything was excellent. Room clean and spacious. Surrounded by nature next to a creek. Can hear the flowing water. Excellent for getaway to rest and relax. Breakfast was good with porridge , freshly fried vege, side dishes, and homebaked bread. Hot water dispenser in common area.

The exterior of the house just looks like a normal residential but the interior is nicely decorated. Very clean and cozy . There are many kinds of plants in & outside the house. I especially like the walkman which gives out a retro feel.

This is a real classic hotel in Taiwan. It has a really high level of cleanliness in the room and a really soft down duvet ^_^ the hotel furniture is really beautiful, ornamental, dark wood, antique Chinese furniture with embedded mother-of-pearl paintings. :-O The staff were super friendly and kind, including the bosses at reception to the cleaners on my floor. I am so thankful to them for showing me Miaoli's hospitality. <3 the location was super as well, very convenient next to a number of eateries, convenience stores, bus routes out to Taipei and surrounds, and it was very quiet and peaceful next to our hotel. There is a daytime market just a few steps down the road also, to buy fresh fruit and vegetables or just to have a look at the thriving community.

Very friendly and helpful host. Nice, modern and large room - and the whole hotel. The breakfast was very tasty. I used B&B as a base for exploration of surounding sights. Host helped to improved my travel plans, gave a lot of tips and advice. Location is a little bit out of city centrum, so better to have a car.

It was one of the best minshu that I have stayed in. The room was spacious and comfortable. The internet was wonderful. The owner was simply fantastic! 二姑娘 made us feel perfectly at home. The breakfast every morning was different and was so delicious. There was even a tea corner where we could chill and drink tea. Thank goodness we were stranded there during the typhoon and not somewhere else. We had the best stay of our trip there. The owner brought us to quirky cafes and recommended places for us to go to. Book your stay here and you won’t regret it. It has spoilt us for all other accommodation.
