Amazing location next to te beach, very calm. A lot of trees and consequently shadow places, which is truely needed in that hot sunny days. Rooms are clean. Staff was kind, helpful and they were always ready to animate people by the pool. Food is also very delicious. Strongly recommend if you want to rest your body, mind and enjoy delicious food.

Very cute and cozy villa, the room was equipped with everything we needed. Employees were more than welcoming and helpful, especially Lucy. Location is perfect, beach is few steps away, and there is a good local bar nearby on the beach (when you go to the beach, the bar ir slightly to the left).

This is a true tropical paradise in a relaxing part of Jambiani. Very appropriate also for the families with small children. Everyone in Kobe team goes out and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff is amazing and super friendly. They even prepared a lovely surprise for my birthday. The food is also good, pools refreshing and the beach is just a few steps away. The rooms are newly renovated and well equiped. We loved the outside resting area under the big trees that provide enough shade throughout the whole day. Along the beach you can find also other restaurants that serve good food, but all in all this part is not very crowded (like Paje for example). We really enjoyed walking along the beach in the afternoon, when the sun is less strong. The tide difference here is enormous, but this is actually what makes it so special and unique.

Everything was just perfect! We could not ask for a better experience. Great location, friendly staff, impeccable cleaning, excellent cottages beach front. The food was the best we ever eat in any of the properties we stayed. Stefania and her mother are the best! They are truly committed to the island and their traditions and employ an amazing team of well trained staff!

We had a wonderful stay at this new hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. The location is perfect—just a short walk to shops and the beach. Absolutely amazing place! Top location, in the heart of Paje, 5 min from the beach and restaurants! Very quiet, cozy, high quality ! Very clean, very big room and bathroom ! Beautiful garden , kind of jungle. You even can have espresso coffee, wich is rare in Paje! Highly recommended!
