The staff were friendly, polite, and willing to go that extra mile. I felt at home knowing they were there to help and didn't make me feel I was bothering them, unlike many other hotels I've stayed in. There was even a swimming pool which I wasn't expecting. And I loved the ground coffee machine which was simple to use. The beds and pillows were so comfortable - even beats some 5 star hotels I've stayed at.

The Ellum house is simply AMAZING! It so spacious and modern. The bedrooms and bathrooms are big and everything is very clean. The check in and out was easy and the pool was a wonderful addition to our long weekend.
