We absolutely loved our stay here at the Eaves. The B&B has such a quirky antique charm. Every corner is filled with unique details and vintage pieces that make it feel really special. The shared room was cosy, spotless, and full of character. It had that perfect mix of old-fashioned charm and comfort. This little gem is very close to Zion National Park. Its It is also situated in the heart of Springdale with shops and restaurants right on its doorstep. Breakfast at Oscars was fabulous, and the staff was so attentive. We loved it there, too. Eric was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a warm smile. The whole place has a relaxed, homely vibe that made me feel right at ease. Very cute property with a real family feel. Although private and personal, there is a communal kitchen, dinner and lounge area. We meet no less than 3 lovely families on our stay there. We had such a great time, we ended up cooking dinner for some of them so we could have more time to share our memories and get to know each other. Their novel approach to providing food for the BB worked well. A fantastic experience. Beats an impersonal hotel any day!

Perfect location if you want to visit Zion! Noel & Suzette are very nice hosts, any information you want on travelling the area they can give you and give you advice what to do and where and when to go. The B&B is a great place to stay, big rooms, clean,... And the breakfasts each morning are delicious. Definitely worth a stay!

We loved everything about our stay. From our check in to our checkout everything went smoothly and we were well taken care of. The homemade breakfasts were always amazing and they used great quality ingredients. Loved that they made us to go breakfasts as well for early morning departures. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and we slept really well. The outside pool area was great, so peaceful and well furnished. The views were great and there was always a sunny and shaded area. They also gave us great recommendations and were super friendly and welcoming. We felt right at home and wouldn't hesitate to come back again. Truly a gem, don't miss out on this little piece of heaven !

Nice hosts who made a lovely breakfast. Lots of good tips regarding our hikes. Spacious and supernice room. Big TV, lovely bed, plenty of free snacks to go along with the coffee.
