Staff were always friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Bed was super comfy and we ended up staying 6 nights! Room facilites were great. Room was clean and serviced on request. Breakfast was a good choice and always well stocked. Great location. Parking was good and we always felt safe. Hotel was super quiet (apart from the usual early monring road traffic noise). we hardly knew others were staying as the room was so quiet. It felt very homely.

It was just what I needed. Clean, comfortable and really friendly staff. Huge bonus also was the waffle maker for breakfast.... :-)

Half of the apartment was lovely -- the family room area, the main bedroom and the bathroom. I think this was probably part of the original finished basement. The location was great for us, as we really wanted/needed to be in Burke and there are no hotels there.

Parhat the owner of the location was very welcoming, accommodating, and helpful with anything we needed! It is conveniently located to the loading dock of the Gaylord and my booth at the back of the exhibit hall. It's a nice quiet space to rest after a long day at the trade show. I will definitely be reserving again next year!

Loved the Location, so close up the Gaylord and especially easy with the back entrance. Great amenities, wonderful air con. Coffee maker with pods, free bottles of water in fridge.
