Su was extremely helpful with every request - He was happy for me to arrive early (ridiculously so) and wait for the room to be available. He was helpful with navigating round and recommended a couple of cool places to visit. Would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at Cao Bang Eco Bistro & Stay. From the moment you arrive, you can feel the care and professionalism that has gone into this homestay. • Room & Facilities The mattress was the most comfortable one I’ve had in a month of traveling in Northern Vietnam – I slept perfectly. The room is spacious, very clean, and well equipped: plenty of towels, a TV, and even water provided in the room. • Cleanliness & Comfort Everything was spotless, from the bathroom to the living area. You immediately feel comfortable and well taken care of. • Food & Value The bistro food is delicious, and the western dishes are also very well prepared, all at a very fair price. In addition, guests can order from the menu of the café just around the corner, which is owned by the same host. It offers a wide variety of tasty dishes, drinks, and teas. • Service & Atmosphere The staff are enthusiastic, warm, and always helpful. You feel truly welcome and well looked after. You Can feel that they Like Their Job :) • Location The location in the center, directly by the river, is ideal for exploring Cao Bang while also enjoying a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cao Bang.

Very very good location, super hospitality and assistance for bike rental, bus booking, etcc

This has to be the best place to stay in Cao Bang. Perfect location, spacious and clean rooms. The host is exceptional. They went above and beyond for us during our stay, and were always happy to help. From a 4am check-in, to providing information about the local area, and allowing a late check-out when my partner wasn’t feeling well - they really made us feel at home. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! We also rented a reliable scooter from them at a great price.
