Although slightly off the beaten track it was really nice, big grounds nice pool with sun loungers. The was a bar facilitybwith a pool table. I didn't use it as i was flat out with activities and came backbto rest up. The house was big and airy and was cool inside with a comfy lounge and easy access into the garden. Ample secure parking with an electronic gate. Good wifi reception. My part of the house was great, nice comfy bed with a bathroom and couch and desk. Tea/coffee facility was a great as was the exterior stable door that gave good light and air circulation and you could see the coming and goings of the adjacent dwellings. Staff were really friendly and helpful and ready to have a chat , which in my opinion makes a big difference, interacting with guests and visitors rather than being there just for the job. Having a chat gives you insight into the local way of life and issues rather than just a sanitized tourist version. Thanks ladies.

The staff was very nice. The breakfast extremely good and with big portions. The room spacious and very clean. It is in a beautiful nature setting and very close to the Tsitsikamma National park.

I stayed in the ground floor room with garden and pool view; what a lovely place. I felt like I had my own home. Coffee and tea facilities, a refrigerator and a nice terrace in the sun made my stay very pleasant. Yvette and her sister Theresa do everything for you to make it as pleasant as possible; lovely ladies. The breakfast is very good, especially because of that fantastic view. The lounge and living room by the fireplace make you feel very much at home. Wifi worked perfectly and I didn't have no signal or no power for a moment, perfect! The location is perfect! Dinner (wood oven pizza!) at the restaurant next door is a must! Also nice to relax on their nice sofas with a cup of tea.

What a lovely situation! One of my favourite rooms on my trip! Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful! Was able to watch the lunar eclipse without street light interference! Delicious breakfast!
