A continental breakfast is available at the inn. We had an amazing stay beyond our expectations in the mid-September. Sorrounded by crystal clear lake we enjoyed time chilling at the beach, swimming, relaxing in the sauna. There are other water activities offered by the resort available to try out ( sup, jet ski, scuba diving..). Ech minute was well spent. The friendly stuff is always around happy to help, give advice with all the hospitality.

Zvartnots International Airport is 72 km away. Big beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. There is a lot of character and authenticity to this guesthouse which makes for an amazing stay. Norik is very helpful and kind and could answer all my questions about the area. The breakfast is also very nice and plentiful.

It was great to chat and even sing together. We also loved being able to enjoy the garden and try the fruits, especially the raspberries. Oh, and the fantastic breakfast they have prepared for us.

They prepared a great dinner and breakfast for us and ať the evening we had a nice time and talk together. I think this place will show you the real Armenia. This was the best accommodation during the time we were in Armenia.
