We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Chakana Hospedaje Rural. The whole team was super friendly. Belén gave us a very warm welcome and showed us around. Our room, the outdoor facilities and the communal area were beautifully and colourfully decorated and everything was clean. You can feel at home in the common room and help yourself to the equipment. We could have cooked for ourselves, but decided to have our meals cooked for us for a change. The chef Franco even conjured up vegetarian menus for us. He cooks with a lot of passion and you can taste it. The breakfast included in the price was very tasty. Cinthia served us coffee, tea, freshly squeezed orange juice, toast with jam and homemade cake. The village of Bandana Florida next to Villa Union is very authentic. We took a trip to Talampaya National Park, 45 minutes away, and spent the rest of the day by the pool. The staff was really nice and helped me a lot, they even made it possible to check in a lot earlier as I arrived from a long busride. The hostel itself is really beautiful with a lot of details and has a well equipped kitchen (probably the best I have seen in a hostel!). Definitely can recommend to stay here :)
