Upon our arrival, Angela received my friend and me with extreme kindness and took time to explain the activities and curiosities of the area to us. The room included all the facilities mentioned on the website and great comfort. In the morning, the breakfast offered a large variety of products that appealed to lovers of both continental and British breakfasts. The tasty hot chocolate was served by an extremely kind lady, who was as charming as Angela. I definitely recommend the guest house to anyone who enjoys a calm and friendly stay.

The Hotel Föhrenhof is situated in a peaceful area on the edge of a forest in Farchant, just 3 km from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Warm welcome, well heated clean, spacious and comfortable room, good bed and extremely good breakfast including great coffee and fruit. Spacious parking for a big car.

Beautiful place in a cute village. Close to a lot of popular attractions. It is a family run business and we felt very welcome. The hostess is knowledgeable about the restaurants and mountains in the area. Great location, great breakfast, great hospitality.

The property has free parking, excellent rooms, very clean property as a whole & great breakfast - lots of options for it! Owners are great, super friendly & gave us lots of recommendations. Awesome view from the room, its much bigger than it is in the photos.. and nicer! Very close to the centre, 3 mins walking. There are super market nearby and gas station. Totally recommend it & if we will visit again, this property will be our first option to stay! Extra: it has sauna as well which you can use if you mention it to the owners!
