When arriving and departing (every single time), we saw several kangaroos hopping along and playing in the acreage surrounding the villas. It was magical, as were all the grounds. Tranquil water sculpture/fountain just outside our villa.

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the bed and breakfast free of charge. The property and room were just beautiful. Can watch TV from the spa bath! It was more like a self contained apartment. Everything we needed was there, and we slept very well. Beautifully appointed, and lots of horses and kangaroos around the property. Breakfast was continental, and was enough for our needs. Many choices of home made preserves, breads, and cereals. Gail was very friendly and accomodating, and any requests were fulfilled.

How amazing is this location, quiet and relaxing and a perfect night for our 40th wedding anniversary. Evelyn and Stewart were so accommodating and made our stay feel like we were staying with family. The breakfast was delicious especially with our glass of sparkling ❤️

The beds were super comfortable and they feed the cows and donkeys in the morning so we got to meet them! It was a great location for the balloon aloft festival and for a pick up for a local wine tour. The rooms were very comfortable with all the amenities you could need!
