The staff were excellent. The level of customer service here is unmatched. Villa Malie ensured that any and all questions were answered and were so considerate. For example, I let them know I needed to checkout at 330am. Fruits and juice were sent to my room to keep in the fridge that afternoon, as well as a fresh pot of coffee being made at that time for my departure. I also had an issue with my car during an early morning arrival. Villa Marie helped me in the odd hours of the morning. They also connected me with a tour guide and provided an excellent restaurant recommendation for my stay. You can tell Villa Marie cares deeply about their customers. You can't go wrong booking here for staying in Santo Amaro.

The room was very clean and quite spacious, the place quiet. Location is also very good, with all you need at walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helped us with the excursions. They also offer a very affordable transport service. Breakfast was simple but good, including coffee, fruit, cakes, bread, ham and cheese, with the possibility to ask for the traditional “tapioca” to be prepared on the spot.

Excellent bedroom, excellent mattress and AC, very comfortable. Ana Karla is the best in making you feel home. She is a sweetheart, she felt like family to us and helped us with our my daughter and her friend who got sick during the trip. Great breakfast! The staff, including Ana Maria, was so lovely... they also helped us requesting car and ordering pizza to be delivered at the pousada. I will be back for sure!

Great breakfast and excellent value, the best in our vacation in this area of Brazil, highly recommended and literally on the beach… if coming back to this area I would like to stay again in this place.
