Grindelwald is an amazing beautiful town and the people there are very polite and nice, if you ask for assistance they would not say no to you at all. So calm and relaxing. The mountains and the views can’t be discribed. The hotel is so beautiful so cozy and nice, the view from the porch is like you are looking at piece of art. The staff of the hotel were so nice and helpful, especially the lady who stays at evening. The breakfast is simple and good.

Stunning, beautiful view onto the mountains and Lake Brienz from the window. Very nice and clean bathrooms, a small kitchen w/ a fridge available for use by guests. Cosy and relaxed Eiger Guesthouse is located opposite the BLM train station in Mürren, with a splendid view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau Mountains.

All rooms are accessible with a lift or spiral stair. All rooms are equiped with TV, free wifi and with a hairdryer. Perfect location next to the BLM train station which isn’t noisy at all. Great food at the restaurant at a very reasonable price (considering it is Switzerland) and the staff shows such warmth and hospitality that it makes it a great stay. The wonderful view of Eiger and Monch from the balcony. Lift for those with suitcases and accessibility in general. Lovely clean room and bathroom with a bathtub :)

Set in Embd and with Zermatt Railway Station reachable within 35 km, Gasthaus Morgenrot offers a terrace, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a restaurant. The property is around 35 km from Allalin Glacier, 16 km from Luftseilbahn St. Niklaus - Jungen Cable Car and 16 km from Luftseilbahn St. Niklaus - Jungu. The staff were incredibly kind and polite — it truly felt like visiting my grandparents’ home. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking and definitely one of the top reasons to stay here.

A buffet breakfast is available at the bed and breakfast. At the property, there is an in-house restaurant serving dinner and a selection of vegetarian options. Brilliant stay. Comfy bed. Huge rooms and bathroom you could hold a party in! Only downside was it was not en-suite but across the hall - only for us which was fine but going to the loo in the night was an adventure. But wouldn’t put me off staying again. And great breakfast too.

At the bed and breakfast, all units are fitted with bed linen and towels. welcoming, very clean, calm, warm atmosphere and my stay felt like a big hug from the owner Monica (native Swiss) who made sure I was situated in town right away. her heart and soul are indeed in the place… she designed it all with a very fun VW van decor, provides a wonderful breakfast, and there is beautiful scenery. i was there in the spring after most of the snow was gone but before a lot of hiking available so only stayed one night but was very memorable!!!

Offering a garden and garden view, B&B Kalbermatter is set in Turtmann, 28 km from Crans-sur-Sierre Golf Club and 30 km from Sion. This bed and breakfast offers free private parking and a shared kitchen. The accommodation provides private check-in and check-out and bicycle parking for guests. The room is very spacious and clean. It was very easy to find and had a great breakfast. The host Daniella is one of the nicest people I have met on my trip.

All units comprise a seating area with a sofa, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with various cooking facilities, including a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge and a stovetop. Each unit is equipped with a coffee machine, a private bathroom and free WiFi, while some rooms are equipped with a terrace and some have quiet street views. At the guest house, each unit has bed linen and towels. Location is good, in the center. Clean, organized apartment. The owner provided cleaning/room service every day, including changing towels, filling in coffee/tee. The terrace is very nice, allows to sit outside and rest/eat. Few notes for visitors, as i myself like to read for information; Montreux is on hills, take into consideration that even if close to the lake, the path can be steep and not convenient for everyone by foot. there is a bus to use of course. the apartment has a bedroom and living room where there is sofa that you can open for additional 2 people, but in my opinion, the sofa is good for children, less for adults, possible to sleep but not ideal.
