The breakfasts were just right - simple and healthy with delicious fruit, vegetable, cheese and baked goods. Sonia and Francisco were wonderful hosts. They made excellent tour recommendations and oriented us to the island on our arrival and during the stay.

But I must mention the best part of it: Carolina, the host is AMAZING. Not only she was an impeccable host (welcoming me with a flower wreath, taking me on a little tour, driving me from and to the airport), but she was also an OUTSTANDING person with a huge heart. I had lost my passport and she helped me out like a sister would do. What a kind, caring, beautiful soul she is. She truly deserves the best! I’ll never forget our hug, Carolina. La Perouse is separate in two wings, meters away from each ofther. The oceanside property is fitted with five suites and two bungalows in total, each one with private bathroom facilities and private entrance. Some of them have ocean view and private terrace. Rooms at Hotel Boutique La Perouse are set up as double rooms but may be changed to become triple rooms upon request. It was very convenient to town so there was no need for a car and it had a beautiful ocean outlook. The Tapati parade even came straight past our cottage! The staff were also very accommodating, making sure my gluten free husband was well feed with the included breakfast.

Providing a tranquil environment, the rooms in Hostal Vaihere feature private and shared bathrooms. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I got feeling like the owner of hostel my close friend, gave a gift for me, he helped me a lot with arranging some stuff. My recommendation to stay in this Hostel👍

Set in a charming cabins made of local materials on the slopes of Rano Kau Volcano, Cabanas Christophe offers rooms and self-catering bungalows with free Wi-Fi and plasma TVs in Easter Island. Hanga Roa city centre is a 5-minute drive away. Wonderful host, picked up at the airport and looked after for the full week in the family bungalow. Great relaxing location with a nice view of the sea from the front porch and about 30 minutes walk into the town. Christophe took our family of four on 2 excellent full day tours and the sunrise at Ahi Tongariki, learnt lots of useful and interesting information about Rapa Nui and the best places to take photos. Would highly recommend.

First very kind and smiley staff!! You feel yourself almost your home! They all thoughtful and friendly. Transportation from hostel to airport and vice a versa, breakfast, location and cuteness of bungalow! Everything is great! Hope to meet you again!

At the bed and breakfast, units are equipped with bed linen and towels. The location was perfect just a short walk to the town, Hosts were helpful and polite and spoke excellent English, Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was simple but good quality.

Located in Hanga Roa, near Hanga Roa Anthropological Museum and Tahai, Hostal Harepakoba is a recently renovated property, featuring, a garden and terrace. This guest house provides free private parking, full-day security and free WiFi. The accommodation features airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Yolanda is super nice and friendly. The location is a bit distance from center, but for walking is only about 15-20mins. Breakfast is simple but very good too! Room is spacious and clean! And remember to bring enough cash for the payment, extra 5% with card but it’s okay!

Te Ra a Travel Suit Matrimonial, a property with a garden, is set in Hanga Roa, 17 km from Ahu Tongariki, 3.4 km from Vinapu, as well as 4.1 km from Tahai. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Puna Pau is 4.3 km away and Hanga Roa Anthropological Museum is 4.6 km from the guest house. Great value for money. It’s a bit far from town, this is the only negative thing but this house is way cheaper than others so even I take a taxi to go to the town, is’s still reasonable. The best thing is hosts, I’ve never experienced such a high level of kinndness from hosts.
