The concerns we had were addressed. We had dinner once at the hotel and the home cooked meal was really tasty. Good value for money, I would recommend!

Location was great, very close to the East entrance to Zhangjiajie National Park and a food market. Wally was exceptional. He would stay with us for as long as we needed to help us with our itinerary and ticket booking.

They stored our luggage while we were in the national park for 2 days. Also we could use the laundry for free. The rooms are very nice and everything is clean. Also lots of restaurant and other stores around and the hotel well connected with a bus station right in front of the building. The café at the rooftop is AMAZING!
