Me and my wife stayed for the Harry Potter studio tour and this was a great location as it was only a 10 minute walk to the studios. Just round the corner was shops and a restaurant and a bus stop which was handy to get back to the station this was handy as I’ve injured my knee so couldn’t walk far. The house was clean and had everything we needed like tea/coffee etc there was a smart tv in the front room and WiFi. We stayed in the Dumbledore suite and it was a really nice room it was spacious with a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom which was also big. We will definitely be staying again 🙂

The property is non-smoking and is situated 20 km from Audley End House. I needed somewhere to sleep for two nights. Anthony and his partner were responsive, helpful, friendly, and unobtrusive. Position was great for the train station and town. There's a good chip shop very nearby, Kelly's Cakes and a small shop and Post Office on Queens Road. And town is barely a 4 minute walk. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and everything worked. Comfortable bed and bright room.
