Cristina offers 2 lovely appartments providing everything you need (including a nice coffee/tea- and breakfast-setup! it's tastefully and thoughtfully furnished - there are even USB sockets (something we were in desperate need of as for our “short” transit we didn’t bring any UK-plugs) and Netflix provided. Communication with Cristina was so kind and accommodating and despite the stress we really got to calm down there. Thank you so much - 10/10

Great location, hospitality, food, and room. We would definitely stay there again! History of house is interesting. It's proximity to Pinewood Studios is a plus for those in the film industry.

Our room was sufficiently spacious for our teenage son to sleep on a camp bed. The bathroom was modern and large, the shower excellent. We enjoyed views over greenery and ample light in both bedroom and bathroom. The road is not a main one and we were not bothered by the noise of traffic. The full English breakfast was fabulous!

This is a unique and lovely house. There is a water mill inside the house! There are footpaths right there and if you are a Jane Austen fan, it is only a little over a mile walk to Box Hill, site of a pivotal scene in Emma. FYI you can also drive to Box Hill if walking is an issue. The owners are lovely people. I would recommend spending the extra for the full breakfast as it was very good
