Exceptionally clean, everything looks exactly as described on Booking, a very nice owner. Perfect price to quality ratio. Very close to the city center, the neighborhood is rather quiet (some dogs may be barking a little at night but it can happen everywhere here).

Quite location absence of noises. We arrived by car late at night, extremely tired on our way to Tbilisi, and decided to stop and rest. We stumbled upon this place by chance — breakfast was included, and there was free parking. Despite the late hour, the host Anna personally welcomed us. Instead of one room, she kindly gave us two for the price of one!!! We were even treated to some wine, and she didn’t charge us anything. In the morning, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very polite. For the price, this is a great option if you're traveling by car. The area is quiet and peaceful, with fresh air — we slept without air conditioning and with the window open. Surprisingly, it was very calm and silent at night. So far one of the best stays via booking I ever had. The place is a family home, the hosts are unique. Extremely welcoming, they provided dinner, wine, breakfast and offered a wholeday programme. Mr. Nukri is a very interesting person as well as his son and we enjoyed home cooking of Mr. Nukri`s wife. We learned a lot about the region and Georgia. Our room was in the vineyard, one of the most romantic places I have been to.

I always stay here when I'm in Gori. Becca and his family are so sweet and respond promptly if I need anything. The rooms here are the cleanest and most modern that I've been able to find at this price. The beds and comforters are so comfortable and I've never had a problem with the facilities. Since I was staying for a few days, Becca upgraded me to a suite so that I could use the kitchen facilities. When I left, Elona invited me to come into the café and dine with the family. They gave me 2 liters of their homemade wine when I left and Becca flagged down a marshutka from the highway for me. All around wonderful people!

We had a wonderful stay at Levani Guesthouse! The family was really kind and of our best stays in our 2week trip in Georgia. The speak English and French and are very lovely. The house is very clean and comfortable and we weren't cold at all! Beautiful yard also.Totally suggest them, super nice people and very good breakfast!
