The house is beautiful, lovely furniture and decoration, rooms are very clean and cozy, and the host and his wife were very friendly, open and kind.We had breakfast for 6Euro, it was delicious with homemade and fresh products.

Offering a garden and sea view, Lappas Rooms is situated in Rovies, 12 km from Limni Evias and 19 km from Edipsos Thermal Springs. The greek grandmother running the property, along with her beautiful daughter, are delightful! The room had a glorious view of the sea from the private balcony. There were outlets beside the bed, and a wardrobe for cloths. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. There was coffee and toasts/jam in the room. Private bathroom. There was plenty of free parking in front and back of the property. There’s no way you can’t find a spot.

Free toiletries can be found in the en-suite bathroom. we had a wonderful time. the location is great if you want to get away and relax. breath taking view. the villa was very nice and comfortable for us all. breakfast and food were very good.

The guest house has family rooms. It's my second time staying in Lykomides and I'd happily go back. It's ideally located (you literally roll off the ferry and it's there) spotless accommodation, excellent value for money and a great owner (Soula is a mine of information about the area). And there's a fabulous cafe bar right next door to sit and while away the day and plenty of other places nearby to eat or have a drink. Not to forget that Kalamitsa beach is a 10-minute walk away. What's not to like?
