I liked everything about this lovely little B&B. The room was nice, and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was great. The location is excellent, particularly if one is biking the Parenzana bike trail. The dinner in the lovely little restaurant next to the B&B served excellent food. The staff was lovely, friendly, and professional.

The rooms were very clean, with new and beautifully designed furnishings. Everything was spotless. Breakfast was served at the table and was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Located within 15 km of Cathedral St. Eufemia Rovinj and 27 km of Pula Arena, Villa Porta no provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Bale. The property features garden and quiet street views, and is 12 km from Morosini-Grimani Castle. Dvigrad Castle is 15 km away and Brijuni National Park is 16 km from the bed and breakfast. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, we had to leave early one of the mornings and they even took the time to arrange an earlier breakfast! The location was perfect.

The units are equipped with heating facilities. Our room was very comfortable and came with a cute porch/balcony, plus a spot to hang-dry clothes. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, giving us great suggestions on where to eat and places to visit. He also offered a homemade breakfast option for guests, helped us with our luggage, and provided very clear instructions on how to find the property. Parking was right in front of the apartment in a shaded area, which was so convenient. The place is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the old town, yet just a quick walk away—and even close to a laundromat within walking distance. The host kindly allowed us to leave our car after check-out, which we really appreciated. A wonderful stay overall!

Excellent location in a quiet area, not far for the Umag city (which can be quite noisy and crowded during peak season). The rooms are completely renovated and very spacious and equipped with all the necessary facilities. Considering it's a Bed & Breakfast location, the breakfast was simple, yet complete! Not to mention that you can consider enjoying the breakfast or the coffee (espresso machine), outside in the small garden with olive trees. We had our towels changed (and the room, cleaned) twice during our stay. Ivan and his mother are very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed out stay!

Hospitality on point, rooms very modern and beautiful. Next to the place there's a really heartwarming bar where they play old 90's songs it's such a vibe. Owner was really helpful and made sure my stay is 10/10.
