The place is very cosy, the rooms very clean, good value for money, but the most important and the most remarkable is DILAH. She is the nicest, kindest and most dedicated person we have met in Indonesia. If you have a couple of days or more, she will make your experience as rewarding as possible. She will get you all the food and fruit you want for breakfast, and even if you want to see crocodiles, she will wait with you for 3 or 4 hours until they show up! Hahaha I would definitely recommend her a million times. If you want to do a tour in Sumatra, I recommend you to talk to her and spend at least one day there. She deserves everything and more. Also the food at the restaurant is super tasty and all the staff are very nice. Borja gave us a lot of tips what to do on the island, which was really helpful.

She owns another guesthouse in Tangkahan where we went on a jungle trip to see the Orang Utan. She made us a good and absolutely fair deal to get there, stay there, do the jungle tour and get back to Medan. We had the time of our life there.

They had great breakfast and a delicious family style dinner in the communal area which we loved.
