It's very clean and the bathroom is amazing (has a proper shower with a little transparent wall in contrast to all our other acconodations in India in this Price range where shower is above toilet). It's in a great location near the ferry and near interesting locations in Fort Kochi. The rooms are comfortable and clean. And the owner is generous with advice. In addition, there was a kitchen that we were allowed to use. It was really nice to make our own breakfast.

The rooms are a good size and the bed is comfortable. The owner, Raju, and his wife are super friendly and go out of their way to help make one's stay as comfortable as possible. You get the feeling of being with family, they take very good care of their guests and help with things such as renting a scooter, rickshaw etc. It's in a new and upcoming location, you can reach the main temple in 10 minutes by scooter or rickshaw.

I recommend to consult with the family order food online and eat food in the house. Also dont forget to ask for fresh fruitjuices. The fruit juice only are enough reason to visit that place.
