The room was clean, cozy and had plenty of space; the same for the living room where you can just sit on the sofa or the armchair and enjoy the view. There are three bathrooms, two of them with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. Additionally, it was very easy to communicate with the host, who promptly gave instructions about the check-in. I highly recommend this place if you're travelling around Snæfellsnes.

The host lady was very kind to us, checking in was easy. There are restaurants, cafés, and a gallery nearby. And the view... OMG the from there is unbelievable, the building is next to the bay, overlooking Kirkjufell mountain. Watching the northern lights from there was such an uplifting experience. If you want to explore the Snaefellsnes peninsula, Grundarfjördur is a great location to stop at with such a beautiful scenery, surrounded by the mountains, and booking this apartment is highly recommended.
