This is probably the BEST hotel experience ever in my life, it’s amazing!! Room is spacious, clean, quiet, they prepared everything for you even slippers which is not common in Europe. Don’t hesitate to book here!! I’ll remember here forever!

A good communicator - in Italian of course and English, Alberto even drove us to our car rental in the morning.

A block from Accademia, a few blocks from the Duomo, across the street from a fantastic gelato place... It was nice. It was also the only place we stayed in Italy that actually had AC (other 2 places claimed to have it, but didn't). I loved the tub in the room, and that they had a smart tv to watch Netflix in the evenings when we were relaxing. They also had a cleaning service come in every day.

Special thanks to Lucas who offered needed help in calling the local tour operator regarding my trip and successfully got a refund in the end.
