The cherry on cake was the staff, so nice and accommodating. 100% recommended for your stay in Florence, will come again!

The room was breath taking with high ceiling (well - a palace), spacious and with a great shower. Although visiting in December, the room temperature was really pleasant (great heating). There was no problem with the street noise. The staff is helpful with sharing their tips for dining and visiting places.
