They arranged transportation from&to visitor center, jeep tour, meals and extra tour for showing around. Food was tasty and water and soft drinks were available for free. Also it was amazing to watch stars at night. Great experience.

Now with children teenagers. Aude was the best guide and interested to show everything we wanted. They made excellent Bedouin dinner and gathered us around fire with interesting stories from Bedouins and also other travelers. Small camp-19 beds, very clean , and the staff is focused on you. no crowd, which allowed us to enjoy the desert silence .very good price for the quality of stay and for the tours they organize.

Everything is perfect Tawfiq is very generous and welcoming. He welcomes you in his camp as if you were part of the family. He paid lunch for my friends even if it wasn't included. The camp location is really something. The best spot for the sunset in wadi rum. The dîner is soooooo yummy and Everything is perfectly clean. Such an amazing experience that I would recommend to anyone We also took a full Day jeep tour and it was worth every minute.

A lovely stay at the Heart of the Desert camp. Wonderful hosts, clean rooms, very good food, and all this with a stunning view. The nights were quiet (and can be very cold in November), but once it got dark, they had a fire going and you could sit outside and enjoy the stars. Highly recommend staying here.
