The perfect way to arrive as first timers in Kyoto. Slept very well, super breakfast. Despite other guests in a compact space, the Guesthouse ambience made us all very respectful and accommodating. Great location a little away from the tourist scene but has it's own local charm and easy walking reach from temples and sightseeing. Coffee in the lounge in front of the bog tree just what we needed in the morning.

We loved the incredible breakfasts, and the notes with tea and snacks when we returned at the end of the day. It was so warm and cosy, and so lovely to be able to look at a pretty garden in the middle of a busy city. The location was great too - there is so much within walking distance.

Staying at Haruka’s house was a fantastic experience. I am so glad I decided for this accommodation in Kyoto! The room was comfortable and well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet yet well connected (buses and train lines). What made the real difference, though, were the hosts Haruka and Takeda that have a genuine interest in ensuring all is well, provide useful information about the city and make you really feel at home! Takeda even drove me to the station as I had so much luggage! And Haruka is such a nice person! I recommend Haruka’s house with no hesitation and hope to be back soon again :-)

The 2-star bed and breakfast has air-conditioned rooms with a shared bathroom and free WiFi. The property is 1.1 km from TKP Garden City Kyoto, and within 1.4 km of the city centre. I really liked the atmosphere and design of the whole house. In addition, its location is good, you can easily reach the attractions of Kyoto. The breakfast was also excellent. I felt very good, thanks to Miyabi, who is very kind and helpful. Excellent hospitality.
