First of all, a huge thanks to the amazing staff of Nikabliss. Noory, Longhi, and Shuvo made our stay unforgettable. 1. Facility - this is a very cozy and we'll furnished place, with everything you need (breakfast, fresh water every day, beach towels...) Longhi even prepared breakfast to go at 6:00 in the morning on our last day, and Shuvo took great care of our room and provided fresh water and tea everyday. 2. Location and transfer - the place is really close to the harbor, main street of the island with all the shops and restaurants. The hosts offer assistance with the transfer to and from the hotel to the speedboat. 3. Beach - the hotel is not far from the bikini beach on the island, around 15 min walk, which is a nice stroll on the seaside where you can spot baby sharks or other wildlife. 4. Communication and overall interaction - the staff is very responsive and takes into consideration your requests. I asked the hosts to help me organise a small birthday surprise for my girlfriend, and they made it unforgettable. They organized a cake, balloons, and even gave us an upgrade for free for the first days to enjoy the view of the ocean from the room. My girlfriend and I really appreciated the gesture. -Moreover, on our way back to Male on the speedboat, the sea was rough and we had to come back halfway to another island. We were really lucky that Noory was on the boat with us and he instantly started helping us on finding alternative ways to get to the airport as our flight was in the evening and we were not sure if the speedboat would make it to Male. While waiting for the other transfer speedboat, Noory was always keeping us informed about the situation and made us feel safer. Huge thanks for this 🙏🏻 5. Conclusion - if you're looking for a place to stay in Dhigurah, don't think twice. We had a wonderful stay at Unwind Dhigurah for 8 nights with my wife. The service by manager Nilanka and the team was exceptional. We felt like at home all the time. We were taken care of, fed and entertained by the team. All our requests were solved immediately and to the maximum. I think this is a perfect stay on the small local island Dhigura. Service and coziness you'll get there is unparalleled. The location is perfect — the hotel is the closest to the bikini beach (10 minutes walking) and to the sand bank (40 min walking). There are many good restaurants around the hotel (Saavaa, Dhiguveli), several super-markets, activities (kayaks, paddle board, etc). We took a day trip snorkeling from the hotel, the crew was great, and we saw 3 Manta Rays (fantastic creatures!). There are travel blogs on YouTube, which we used to select the island and this hotel. I think Dhigurah is considered one of the best options among local island and we can definitely recommend it. It was one of the best vacations for us, we totally refreshed. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The hosts are very caring and attentive to every detail. Whole hotel is totally new, room is spacious, comfortable with nice bathroom. Very very clean. Beds are comfortable. Fridge, air conditioning, fan operate silently, without any issue. Breakfast is served in the nice small garden within the hotel, very nice and again - very clean, everyday maintained. The price-value ratio is excellent. I won't repeat myself, it has already been written in other reviews that the owner showed us and explained everything we needed, managed our transfer from/to Male, he arranged excursions for us, etc. If I had to write positive things, I would write for a very long time. Everything was simply perfect, island is pure nature and this is reality what Maldives are, local friendly people, beautiful beaches, transparent ocean, it is not about commerce.
