Amazing little affordable quiet place. All you need is there. It makes you want to stay there forever. The place is not that easy to reach by public transportation, renting a car is best but there are taxis near by in case needed. It feels like a bed and breakfast kind of place. You have everything you need in your room and the common areas. Restaurants, a little grocery store and a little cenote are walking distance. It was just amazing.

The host was the nicest. She even fought with a taxi driver for us who tried to overcharge us. She gave us good tips, was super responsive instantly and had a very positive vibe. A really welcoming and safe place. The food could be better but other than that our stay was really good. The rooms were big and clean.

Wonderful place nearby Tulum, but a little bit far away from the "big" tourism. Great place in all aspects, nice people, absolutely clean and lovely rooms. Delicious breakfast and dinner, affordable price. Was travelling with my daughter, for her it was a perfect experience hearing all this jungle music in the morning and hanging around with the dog Lala and the Cat :D Would love to come back! This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens. a real gem of a place beautiful clean pool..breakfast was good but a little too much the same each day..the owner and staff very friendly and helpful..this place is like home with dogs cats bees and chickens..the best part for me was there was ample hot water for my must have showers

It was a wonderful holiday thanks to a very beautiful villa and incredibly nice and attentive staff. I stayed there with my family and we were all very happy. It is a little piece of paradise with beautiful palm trees, a clean pool with water from the cenote and a small fountain in the center of the villa. Very quiet, safe and comfortable place if you are looking for peace. Thanks to Silvia for the wonderful breakfasts and invaluable advice on where is a good beach, restaurants and places you can visit if you are looking for new adventures. I give all five: villa, rooms, location, cleanliness, food, staff.

Superb location in the middle of the jungle. We recommend to hire a car to get to, we didn't have and hopefully Vacation in Tulum could provide us scooter for our stay!
