Nothing too much for them made us very welcome. The room was clean and very modern. There is a microwave, toaster, and kettle, and you are supplied with some food items, milk, butter, jam, cereal, and snacks ect. Lovely view of the canal from the veranda. You are able to use some e-bikes if you want to, although we did not take up the offer. Would I go again? Yes, I would.

The property features quiet street views and is 28 km from Northland Event Centre and 28 km from Town Basin Marina. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Didn’t use the breakfast really, but the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. We also had access to a bbq which was a bonus.

The location close to the Marina is lovely. The house is beautifull the appartments new and impacably clean and very comfortable. All modern facilities including washing and drying. We very much enjoyed our stay and Ann's hospitality, would love to come back and highly recommend her place.

The property is non-smoking and is located 1.8 km from Mangawhai Heads Beach. Even though we only had a single overnight stay at Chalet Cullen, we must say it’s on our top ten experiences of what we have had during our 6 weeks vacation in New Zealand. The unit was fine and cozy, and with a great view to the beach. The local radio station (FM 90.4) plays pop/rock from the good old days. What’s not to like. We can only give our best recommendations.
