The room was very comfortable and the staff (Orlando) went above and beyond to help us out throughout the trip! They were very responsive and communicated proactively via WhatsApp. Once there, they helped us carrying our luggage, with early check-in, facilitating tours and transportation, pre-packing breakfast for early hike departures upon requests. The view from the breakfast/dining room was incredible too!
