No-frills, straightforward budget location, perfect for a place to crash after a late flight into Lima. Room is small but bed is comfortable, shower has good water pressure, and the staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast and coffee is provided. Really appreciated being able to check in so late in the evening and store my bags for a couple hours after checkout - the Huaca Pucllana is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel!

An American breakfast is available at the bed and breakfast. We did not get to spend much time here as our flight was delayed, but the location is perfect for watching the sun set on the ocean and to explore the Parque del Amor. The rooms are excellent and there is always hot and cold water available for coffee or tea. I would stay here again.

This is a lovely homey feeling hotel, with very comfortable rooms, and friendly, helpful staff. Location was nice, in a quiet neighborhood, but easy to walk everywhere. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a great way to start each day.

Frank is the best host! We have some issues and we had to change the reservation. Frank was very kind and helped us. The room is very nice, the bed is really confortable! All is very clean and the house is really beautiful!

The room was cozy, clean and nicely decorated. There was a kitchenette, kettle and teas as well as fruit and water left in the mini fridge, all wonderful after a late arrival. Shower was also great. Very budget friendly and close to the airport. Lidia and her husband are wonderful hosts and happy to offer advice and help when required.

El Patio was the perfect place to arrive on our first visit to Lima. From the first moment the staff made us feel at home, the beautiful courtyard, full of flowers, was special, the room was good, and the whole impression of an oasis at the heart of a hectic city. When we came back through Lima, they let us leave our bags in storage, even though we were not paying for another night. That kindness, so typical of Peruvians, will stay with us for a long time.
