We had 3 nts as a stopover to Morrocco to join a tour. 2 nts in a superior room which was beautiful and the last night we upgraded to the Viscountess suite which I adored. Service in all aspects from the front reception to the wait and bar staff was exceptional. We felt very special and was able to just relax and enjoy the garden area and our rooms. We were assisted to find a laundromat close by as we'd been travelling for 3wks and wanted to refresh quite a lot of our wardrobe. I also wanted to get my nails done and a pedicure. The amazing staff spent ages ringing around to find somewhere that did just what I needed. Honestly can't say enough about this beautiful hotel. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Lisbon.
