Nuno, who was the manager, was extremely helpful, nice, and sweet. We had an issue in our shower and it was fixed immediately. This was just, great, great service and support. We are staying there whenever in Lisbon next.

Enjoying a privileged location in the historic center of Lisbon, the property is a former palace whose construction dates back to the 16th century. This boutique hotel combines modern comfort with a classic atmosphere. This is not jus a place to sleep it is an unbelievable experience. It is like you are traveling back in time. The piano and violin playing at breakfast, the fado dinners, the wine cellar with cheese and olives plants for free for the hotel guests, and wine directly from the barrel. The staff is amazing and makes you feel like home. I was lucky to have an early tour by Marcio who showed me all the wonders of the hotel.
