Starting with the communication with the manager, then the location itself, which is fantastic, the room is clean, nicely furnished, everything is as described. The breakfast is good. Everything you need is on the menu, whether you like cereals, sweet or savoury breakfast, fruit salad, juices, cakes... The woman who serves breakfast is very friendly and takes great care to ensure everything is in order. The manager Sonia is very helpful to make your stay in Funchal perfect. We can only say the best for the manager Sonia and Sao Francisco accomodation.

Each private bathroom includes a walk-in shower. the hotel is magnificent, the rooms, the views, the decoration inside the house. The swimming pool and outside garden space. Great breakfast and wonderful staff. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to everybody visiting Madeira.

Would recommend this place to stay at. Kitchen well equipped, coffee machine was nice, fridge was nice and big.
