The size of this villa is huge. It is set in a peaceful and scenic location with shops only 5 minutes away. The team were ready and check in was smooth and quick. The sizes of each room were amazing, and the family enjoyed the private indoor pool. The housekeeping staff were always available and happy to help. I wish i booked another night so i could have enjoyed he Villa more.

The facilities, the staff, the resort itself was worth the money spent. We had taken the apartment with a private pool. Kids loved it and so did we. Mahmood was a gentleman. He addressed all our requirements and made sure we had an amazing time. Will totally recommend this place to anyone visiting Taif with family.

The villa we booked was excellent. The pictures provided don't do it justice! It was well cleaned, all the furniture was in good condition and very spacious. The outdoor area was private and comfortable. The covered pool was heated and larger than we expected. Also, the brick barbecue was large and in good condition. We found the customer service to be excellent and all the staff helpful and professional. No complaints at all.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable with a warm fluffy duvet. The rooms were spacious. Lots of charging points throughout the rooms. The rooftop lounge with a great view of the mountains was very lovely. Perfect place for a morning coffee. The hotel is in a great location - walking distance to both the souq and the Palace.
