Everything was absolutely perfect. It was very easy to get the keys, the room was charming and fully equipped, from a fridge to hand sanitizer. I loved the light conditions since there was a huge window, which made the room very sunny. The restaurant is a must, both when it comes to the food and the decoration. The breakfast is delicious and has something for everyone. The host is very friendly and proactive, just like the rest of the personal. I was travelling with my dog who was treated just like a princess. There was even a mat for her in the room and she was treated with her own breakfast! The property is not downtown but very easily reachable by bus since the bus stop is literally in front of the property (busses run very frequently and you can buy your ticket on-board by contactless credit card). I'll definitely visit again!

Right on the river in the middle of all the action, but even though the window overlook the street, it was very quiet. Super nice staff, extra large room close to everything. It’s right on the river, and even though our room over at the street, it was a very quiet.

The room was perfect and located in perfect neibhourhood just 20 min. walking distance fron the center of the city. Although we saw nobody of the peolpe working for the place, everything that we asked for was already there for us. Any request via viber was accomplished in no time. Thank you.

The host was exceptionally welcoming, greeted us before the check-in time, let us leave our car after the check-out, very warm and helpful person. The apartment was very clean, very tidy, very comfortable, not too spacious but there was enough space for two to move and function without issues. In front of the building there is a small store with necessities, Lidl is also nearby, Tivoli park just around the corner.

Le Kollmann Apartments se trouve à seulement 300 mètres de la place principale de Ljubljana et de la statue de France Prešeren. L’appartement était encore plus beau et grand que ce à quoi je m’attendais. Il y a un petit espace frigo - lavabo - repas très utile si on apporte des plats prêts à manger. La salle de bain est grande, la chambre est vaste et très lumineuse, le lit est très confortable. Cet appartement est situé à côté de la rivière, ce qui en fait un emplacement exceptionnel. Bien que situé dans une zone très animée, le lieu est très calme la nuit. Il y a un dépôt de bagages et le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Bref, je recommande vivement.
