Accommodation has a SmartTV and a friendly helpful host who provided shuttle service to and from the airport. If you’re a light sleeper, I recommend bringing earplugs, as being close to the airport, there is a fair amount of traffic / city noise. A+

It had everything you could need, was a great location without being noisy and the host was super friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and everything was really clean. The staff were really nice. The organized a taxi for us to drive to the pier. The air conditioning on the room we booked (Air) was broken, but they gave us another room with an extra bed (fire) which was even better for us. The air conditioning was the best ones we had in Thailand- not to hot and not to cold. Clean, every day we got fresh drinking water. The location is perfect. In the old town but in a small street - there is a market with street food there that opens until 17.00 o’clock, next to it a durian shop (everything you can wish made with durian) and at the corner a very famous “Thai pancake” street food vendor.

There is a seating and a dining area in all units. At the guest house, all units are soundproof. We had an exceptional stay. Hotel is on the main street, but windows look into internal yard, so it was relatively quiet at night. It's close to the beach. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Big terrace, comfortable bed, etc. Hosts are very charming and welcoming. Good quality breakfast. I would stay here again with no doubts and would recommend it to everyone.
