I had a desk on a breezy balcony where I could do my reading and writing, and look out on the river and see the boats going up and down. At sunset I would go down to the pier and photograph the action. (I'm sure others would ride the free bikes on tours of the beautiful green island, but I didn't do that.) There is a fine Thai restaurant two steps down the pier. I don't eat breakfast, but the staff brought coffee to my room every morning. They also arranged for a lamp on the balcony so I could read and write at night. My stay was extremely relaxing, which is just what I wanted. All the usual amenities are fine: Aircon is fine, hot water is fine (with pressure), there is a fridge, mattress was fine, there are enough plugs, etc., etc.

There is a fully equipped private bathroom with bath and free toiletries. Guests can enjoy a meal at an outdoor dining area at the guest house. The rooms are so comfortable and well equiped. The garden is a little paradise in Bangkok. Host are perfect, take care of you, and no nice.

For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and is protected by full-day security. Feels very homey, much like a home from home! Amazing views over the lake with sunsets and sunrises and also a very good restaurant at the start of the road as you pull in near by. All facilities were fantastic with also use of a washing machine! Would stay again. And have already booked for my next say in Bangkok. Very close to the beach too.
