I really like the service from the Gift House staff. They reply to messages quickly, and when I requested an iron, they delivered it to my door not long after. Even though it was only around 300 baht+, the room still had a fridge, wardrobe, water heater, and hair dryer. So much cheap compared to another hotel I had stay before.

They are incredibly friendly and helpful. For them, they personally came to check on us during our stay and even gave us complimentary drinks when a storm caused a temporary power outage in the area. It definitely wasn't their fault, but their thoughtful response made a big difference and showed how much they care about their guests.

Breakfast was so delicious & more than substantial, we booked out all 3 rooms for maximum privacy and we have absolutely no regrets. Such comfortable beds, beautiful decor. You can see how much effort was made to preserve and conserve the space, whilst curating a wonderful experience for guests such as us who enjoyed the interactions. Our only regret - we should have stayed more nights! Central Festival mall was just a mere 5mins grab ride away. Walkable to night market nearby too. Hanuman owners and staff were simply, true blue Thai hospitality at its best.
