Sondra was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and offering great local tips (including how to get a deal on pizza!) Breakfast was phenomenal—honestly on par with a high-end brunch at a nice restaurant, and such a great deal. We loved sitting down with other travelers, swapping stories about our trips and getting inspired for our next stops. The bathrooms were VERY well stocked with top-quality toiletries—even things I didn’t realize I might need. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the stay feel extra special. And we have to mention the backyard chickens! Watching them from our window was such a joy, and knowing the eggs on our breakfast plates came from those very chickens made everything feel so fresh and personal. From the fresh eggs to all the little thoughtful details, SunStar captured the spirit of what makes staying at a bed and breakfast so special. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone and can’t wait to come back!

A wonderful place very interesting Kate was very informative and shared a lot about the history excellent breakfast which she happily prepared

Located in Tok in the Alaska region, A Hyde Away Inn B&B provides accommodation with free private parking. The property features quiet street views. The bed and breakfast features garden views and a sun terrace. This B&B easily has the cleanest bathroom I’ve ever used when traveling. It was en suite to our room so it was very private. This setting is absolutely beautiful and we hope to return when the property is in full bloom. I would rate this B&B as one of the top 3 I’ve ever used. Love it!
