A wonderful place for solo travelers! I was a bit hesitant about sharing the bathroom and shower, but everything was really well organized. I could always shower or use the toilet whenever I needed, and everything was clean and tidy. The air conditioning in the room was perfect during the hot days. Das made me feel very welcome and was super friendly and gave me the sense that I could always reach out if I needed anything. All in all, a very pleasant and hospitable place!

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The property is non-smoking and is situated 8.6 km from Belmont Park Race Track. Hosts are very very friendly. I got the chance to meet Miad’s dad who drove me to and from the airpot, took me to a shopping mall and suggested a nice spot to get some food. He was the highlight of my stay, very genuine, helpful, kind and hospitable. I initially booked the place because I read from reviews that they offered to pick and drop their guests from and to the airpot, to my surprise it was for a much lower price compared to the normal standard around the area. The apartment is at the basement, close to the airpot and expected that you’d hear some planes fly through. It’s exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. I was there for a single night due to a long layover. It’s perfect for both long and short stays. It’s now my go-to place if I ever fly via JFK with a long layover. Thank you Miad and more thanks to your Dad for being so friendly and hospitable.

The bed and breakfast offers bed linen, towels and housekeeping service. Breakfast was great. Location was excellent, just across the road from Prospect Park and in a quiet street. A very pleasant, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

The units in the guest house are fitted with a coffee machine. Featuring a private bathroom, some units at The Waltham: AirTrain & 5min to JFK also feature a patio. Guest rooms will provide guests with a full kitchen. We had a great stay. The room is spacious & very clean. We were greated by the lovely cat Mia who loved to be petted. It's a bit far from the city centre but a 20 min. train ride gets you there for a very affordable price. Prior to arriving, the host sent me a message with several tips which helped a lot. Thank you for the pleasent stay Ricardo. If we ever visit New York again, we'll rebook this.
