They thought of appropriate activities and helped us in organising them. The bedroom was quiet, spacious, and in the most serene setting. Diep, the manager, was so kind and helpful. She escorted us on an amazing tour almost up to the Cambodian border. We saw rainforest, birds, crocodiles- it was incredible. She was so knowledgable and kind- brilliant with our kids. As was the driver.

The man speaks english and does most of the communication through whatsapp, which is very helpful. He responded very quickly to our requests and questions. We also booked a boat tour this way. The accommodation is very nice and clean and if you would like to eat at the homestay in the evening (besides breakfast), the wife will cook for you. The food is also good!! One thing to mention is that the homestay is not located at the location on booking.com, but they will pick you up at the busstation if you ask and drop you at the accommodation. To get around the city (which is about 20 minutes away) you can borrow the motorbikes that they have. If you’re not confident driving yourself, they’ll take you on the back. That’s what we did. The main road to the city is not really walkable so the bikes are a necessity. Overall we would really recommend this homestay if you like to have some chill and quiet time in a more remote area.

You get a rich breakfast (soup or eggs, tea, fruits) in a garden terrace with lots of flora. There is also a friendly doggy and a cat. Room was nice and clean. They offer bike/motorbike rental service to explore the area. They are also selling tours if you are into that but the best thing overall are the owners who promptly took care of every little inconveniences and overall were very helpfull and sweet. Limited english but you get in touch with their english speaking daughter via phone. She helped me to book a bus yay!

Excellent menu and food! I loved the quiet location deep in Palm forest. It only a few blocks from town. The decor of the whole place was so inviting to relax, cost chairs to read my book. The tour was special too. Not like package tour but visiting local people at cacao farm, a typical house where they made me a toasted rice paper, canoe in narrow canal to see fish traps. Real village life. Thing is a super host.

The units will provide guests with a minibar. Super lovely bungalows, we were in the Acacia house and it was perfect : confortable, quiet, fresh. The outside garden around the bungalows are really nice. We really like to spend time there and then we enjoyed the free bicycle to go around (especially to small islands next by the local boat). We loved the dinner that we get there! so cute dogs !!!

There is no mass tourism here. The food is delicious and the free bicycles offer additional comfort. The hosts are absolutely fantastic people, we thank you very much for this wonderful time!
